The project

In this project, KFS delivered around 3400 m2 of anchored sheet pile walls. Their bottoms were sealed by jet grouting. Also the corridor that connects the buildings was supported with sheet piles and partially by jet grouting, and the firmness of the ground was secured with a condensing plate that was jet grouted.

We also built permanent anchors to the bottom plate against buoyancy force.

The former Kone Oy’s headquarters at 25 Munkkiniemen puistotie is living through a renaissance period as the building is transformed into a modern residential building. In addition to the complete renovation of the old office building the future company receives a new Town House building and underground parking facilities.

The premium residences are finished in the spring 2019.
