Over the years, the Estonian Public Broadcasting radio building has sunk by several tens of centimetres. A new television building is currently being constructed next to the radio building, which makes it even more important to prevent the radio building from sinking any further. We reinforced the radio building’s foundations using jet grouting to stop the subsidence and enable construction work to begin on the adjacent plot.
Estonian Public Broadcasting owns the building and commissioned the project, with AS Nordecon acting as the main contractor and Keller Polska Sp. z o.o. Eesti filiaal acting as the KFS Finland contractor.
